1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Morph AI ("App"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Morph AI is owned and operated by ZovioTech ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App. Continued use of the App after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Morph AI is an AI-powered platform that provides access to multiple artificial intelligence services. These include but are not limited to:

• AI-driven image generation and editing
• AI-powered video generation
• Conversational AI models (LLMs), including chatbots like AI Girlfriend, TutorGPT, and custom assistants

The App uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed for AI interactions, and consumption depends on task complexity, model type, and resource requirements.

Credits are used for all services. Key rules:

• Free credits expire and are non-transferable.
• Subscription credits renew monthly and expire if unused.
• Credits cannot be refunded, exchanged for money, or transferred between accounts.
• Usage rates may change with notice.

5. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play. They auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date. Refunds and cancellations must be managed via Google Play Store. Upon expiration, accounts downgrade to Registered User status.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Create or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse Morph AI
• Exploit credits or bypass systems
• Use AI for impersonation, deepfakes, or unlawful purposes

7. Age Restrictions and Content Warnings

Morph AI is intended for users aged 13+. Features like AI Girlfriend are restricted to 16+. Parents must supervise minors. AI outputs may sometimes be unpredictable despite filters.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Morph AI’s design, models, and algorithms belong to ZovioTech. Users own their prompts and generated content but must respect copyright laws. We may use anonymized data to improve services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Data handling follows our Privacy Policy. We use encryption and security measures but cannot guarantee absolute safety. Users can request account deletion by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

Morph AI is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, including accuracy of AI outputs. We are not liable for damages, losses, or issues arising from AI usage or reliance on generated content.

11. Termination

ZovioTech may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Upon termination, credits and access are lost. Users may delete accounts by contacting support. Subscription cancellations must be made through Google Play.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under Pakistani jurisdiction, after good-faith negotiations with ZovioTech support.
