Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2025

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ZovioTech, the developer and operator of Morph AI ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you download, install, access, or use the Morph AI mobile application ("App") and related services. By using the App you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the App. This policy describes our current practices and the choices available to you regarding our use of your information.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all users of Morph AI, including guest users who do not register, registered users who sign up with an email and password or sign in with Google, and subscribers who purchase a subscription through the Google Play Store. The policy covers the information we collect directly from you, information collected automatically while you use the App, and information we receive from third parties in connection with the service. It also explains your rights and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the App and its features. When you register for an account, we collect your email address and a password that you choose. You may optionally provide a display name and upload an avatar. If you sign in using Google sign-in, we collect the minimal Google profile information required for authentication and may use your Google profile image as your avatar if you permit it. Guest users may use the App without providing personal data; however, some technical identifiers are collected automatically to enable the service and to serve advertisements to free users. When you contact our support team using the in-app support form or an email, we collect the information you provide in that message, such as your name, email address, subject, and message content. While interacting with our AI features you will provide prompts, text inputs, and may upload images; those inputs and the generated outputs are processed to deliver the requested AI services. We also collect standard technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, session timestamps, and feature usage metrics which enable us to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and provide the App, to authenticate users, to manage accounts and subscription entitlements, to deliver AI-generated content you request, and to provide customer support. Technical and usage data help us diagnose problems, maintain security, ensure correct billing of subscription credits, and improve features and performance. Inputs and generated content are used to fulfill your specific requests, such as creating images or producing chatbot responses. We use contact form data to reply to support inquiries and to resolve technical issues. For free and guest users we use device identifiers and usage signals as necessary to display advertisements through Google AdMob. When required by law or to protect our rights, we may use collected information to comply with legal obligations or to investigate fraud, abuse, or other violations of our Terms of Service.

Third-Party Services and AI Providers

Morph AI relies on a set of third-party services to provide key functionality. All subscription purchases and billing are processed by the Google Play Store and subscription state is managed inside the App using RevenueCat. Advertisements are served through Google AdMob. We store and manage minimal account data and application data using Supabase. To provide AI features, prompts, uploaded images, and other content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. Those providers perform the compute necessary to generate images, videos, or text responses. We require third-party providers to process data only as needed to deliver their services and to adhere to contractual security and confidentiality obligations. Please be aware that when third-party providers process content on our behalf, their privacy policies and practices also apply to the processing they perform.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Credit System

All payments for subscriptions are processed by the Google Play Store and managed by RevenueCat inside the App. We do not accept direct payments through Stripe, PayPal, or other providers at this time. Subscribers select a plan and receive a monthly allocation of credits that are consumed when AI services are used. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle if unused. Subscriptions automatically renew through Google Play until canceled by you through your Google Play account settings. We do not have access to your payment instrument details and cannot process refunds outside of the Google Play refund system. For questions about charges, refunds, and billing you should first use the Google Play purchase history and refund request interface. We may provide supporting logs or records to Google Play if you request our assistance with a billing dispute.

Advertisements and Advertising Identifiers

Free and guest versions of the App display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage signals to serve relevant ads and to measure ad performance according to AdMob’s own policies. We do not sell personal data to advertisers. If you have questions about how Google AdMob uses data or about your advertising identifier choices, please review Google’s AdMob privacy documentation and settings. We do not currently use analytics services such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or third-party crash reporting services.

Cookies and Tracking

The Morph AI mobile application does not rely on web cookies in the same way a website does. The App uses platform-level identifiers and device signals needed for operation and for advertising to the extent required by AdMob. We do not embed third-party web trackers or analytics libraries in the App at this time. Any tracking performed by third parties such as AdMob is governed by their privacy policies.

Data Storage and Retention

We retain the minimum account information necessary to provide the service, including the email address you provide at registration, your display name and avatar if supplied, and subscription entitlements needed to determine access and credit balances. This information is stored in our secure backend systems. Content you upload or generate may be retained only as necessary to provide requested features such as saving a creation for registered users or syncing across devices. We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored information, including encryption in transit. We take reasonable measures to delete or remove personal data when you request account deletion, subject to verification procedures and applicable legal requirements. Please be aware that backups and logs may hold copies of some information for a brief time in accordance with our internal policies and legal obligations.

Security

We implement industry-standard security controls designed to protect user information, such as encryption for data in transit and secure access controls for production systems. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel who require the data to perform their job functions. We perform periodic reviews and security updates to our systems. While we strive to protect your data, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us. If we become aware of a data breach that creates a risk of harm to users, we will follow applicable legal requirements and industry best practices, including notifying affected users and regulators as required by law.

Children’s Privacy

Morph AI is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. By using the App you represent that you are at least 13 years old or the minimum age in your jurisdiction and that you have the authority to provide consent for use. Certain chatbots such as AI Girlfriend are intended for entertainment purposes only and are not suitable for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under applicable age thresholds. If a parent or guardian believes we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, please contact us and we will promptly take steps to remove the information.

Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may exercise certain rights with respect to your personal information. These rights may include the right to access the personal data we hold about you, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to request deletion of your personal data, the right to request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format, and the right to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or to request account deletion you should contact us at the email address listed below. We will verify your identity before processing requests to help protect your privacy. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.

Compliance with Data Protection Laws

We aim to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, where those laws apply. This means, among other things, that we will provide mechanisms to exercise rights described above, implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, and provide transparency about data collection and processing. If you are located in the European Economic Area and have questions about data transfers, safeguards, or wish to exercise data protection rights, contact us using the details below.

Automated Processing and AI Outputs

Morph AI uses automated processing to generate images, videos, and conversational responses based on your inputs. These automated processes produce content programmatically and do not replace human judgment. AI outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, biased, or produce unexpected content. You are responsible for the use of AI-generated content and for compliance with applicable laws when you publish or distribute that content. We do not use automated decision-making to make legal decisions about users. We may review inputs and outputs for abuse detection, safety, and quality control, and may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve models.

Content Safety and Responsible Use

We require users to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You must not use Morph AI to create, distribute, or promote illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate speech, violent threats, or other content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities or that otherwise abuse the service. We are continually improving content moderation and plan to add additional safety filters and review tools. If you encounter content that you believe violates our policies, please report it to our support team.

International Transfers

Our systems and service providers operate in multiple countries. As a result, your information may be stored, processed, or transmitted in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. When personal data is transferred internationally, we use contractual safeguards and other measures to comply with applicable law and to help ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection.

No Push Notifications at This Time

The App does not currently send push notifications. If push notifications are added in the future, we will update this policy to explain what information is used for notifications and how you can opt out or manage notification preferences.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. If we make material changes that affect your rights or the ways we use your data, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
